Risk factors:

Male sex, obesity, hypothyroidism

Chief complaints:

  • Fatigue
  • Excessive daytime somnolence
  • Headache

History Of Present Illness:

Sleep habits can be characterized by:

  • Snoring (often heard by partners
  • Restless sleep
  • Waking at night gasping for air
  • Awakening in the morning with a dry mouth/headache
