WHAT IS IT?

Paranoid personality disorder: this condition refers to personality disorder that is characterized by persistent distrust and suspicion that others are harming/deceiving the patient. This is not caused by psychosis, and the distrust is often longstanding.

WHAT MAKES US SUSPECT IT?

History Of Present Illness:

Distrust: patients will be reluctant to confide in others, and are suspicious of physicians.
