Basilar Artery

VESSEL PATHWAY

The basilar artery is formed by the merging of both vertebral arteries.

Aorta → Brachiocephalic (right side only) → Subclavian → Vertebral → Basilar Artery

The basilar artery ultimately terminate into both of the posterior cerebral arteries (PCAs)
