OVERVIEW
Smart lists can have quite a bit of utility. In essence they allow you to create a list of selectable choices that you can integrate into smart phrases that can help one’s charting efforts.
This page includes tutorial videos in each of its sections (that demonstrates how to conduct these techniques on the UCSF EPIC EMR system). All of these videos can be found in this folder here.

The first step of course will be finding out how to actually make the smart list. While simple it can sometimes be nuanced.
