Vincristine

WHAT IS IT?

Vincristine is a microtubule inhibitor. It is a vinca alkalates that binds beta-tubulin and inhibits its polymerization into microbutubles. This ultimately prevents mitotic spend formation (will arrest cells in M-phase).
