Pro apoptotic proteins: Bak, Bax, and Bim
Anti-apoptotic proteins: Bcl-2, Bcl-x
Cytochrome C: is the mitochondrial enzyme that activates caspases and sets of apoptosis.
Caspases are proteolytic enzymes that destroy the cell. These are activated by cytochrome C.
