CONDITIONS CAUSED

Prosthetic joint infection: this is a organism that can cause an infection after a prosthetic joint has been placed. It is less virulent then some of the other microbes that can cause this type of infection, and has a delayed onset (3-12 months after placement of prosthetic joint).
